Return & Refund Policy
Kindly email the photo of returned goods to email@example.com or WhatsApp to us at 017-8037433 before returning goods to us. Any email and WhatsApp, we will assist you accordingly. The customer needs to specify the reasons for returning goods. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our store.
Step 2 :
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in an original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Z&Z Couture will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 7 days after the confirmation.
